Please register at the front desk when you arrive. You will receive a removable ID bracelet at each visit when you check in and we ask that you wear it for the entire time you are in our office.
While we do our very best to be on time, there are occasions when we get behind. If you find you have waited more than 20 minutes and have not been called, please alert the receptionist.
If you are unable to make your visit, please call us so that we can cancel and/or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
