If you need a medication refill, we ask that you submit all requests via the Patient Portal.
If you do not have access to the Portal, or if the site is not working, please feel free to call our office to be connected to one of the Medical Assistants so they can take care of your request.
We will do our best to contact your pharmacy as soon as possible. Please know that your pharmacy will require a written prescription for any narcotics; we are not allowed to refill these electronically or over the phone. You will need to come to our office in person to pick up a paper prescription for these items.
